Cat Themed Gifts for the Garden and Outdoors
Let's take a look at each category in a little more detail:
Take our word for it, jigsaw puzzles are completely IN at the moment. Sales have skyrocketed since the UK "lock-down" was announced.
We stock puzzles by the top UK jigsaw puzzle companies, including Gibsons and Ravensburger. These companies know what puzzlers like, so work with the best illustrators, like Linda Jane Smith. Pictured above is Scent, a new 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle featuring one of her fun designs with plenty of humorous feline action and a mouse or two getting up to mischief.
Our puzzle range currently starts at 250 XL pieces and goes up to 1000 piece jigsaws. If you have a favourite brand that we aren't featuring, why not let us know?
Pictured above is Cat Crimes, our most popular game of the last 12 months. Crucially, for anyone at home alone, this is a one player game. It's a puzzle game where you need to match the cat to the crime. There are 4 levels of difficulty and 40 different challenges. Suitable for ages 8 and up and it can also be played by a team of two.
If you're at home in a family environment then a board game like Catopoly could help you while away a few afternoons as you each aim to become "Top Cat". Cat-opoly is only made in the USA, we have to import it specially. This means it is denominated in US Dollars - it doesn't make any difference, the game is just as much fun!

“I declare after all there is no enjoyment like reading! How much sooner one tires of any thing than of a book! -- When I have a house of my own, I shall be miserable if I have not an excellent library.”
― Pride and Prejudice

Cat Themed Gifts for the Garden and Outdoors
Outdoor spaces play a crucial role in the lives of those who can't easily go out. During the current virus related lock-down, time spent in the garden has increased exponentially, as a vital way of staying sane!
For our Spring 2020 ranges, we put a lot of focus on products for the garden and outdoors. The majority of these products are UK designed and made, which, at a time of National crisis feels like a good place to be. Here's a selection of ideas that might bring you some extra joy in the garden this year:
A beautiful and relaxing sculpture cast in bronze resin, from an original by Suzie Marsh. Attractive in its own right, it can also serve as a very special memorial to a much loved puss.
A beautiful idea for the garden, this piece of metal art is proving extremely popular.
Let's face it, fences can be a bit dull. But not with a metal cat fence topper. Chose from the design shown or our ever so slightly evil black cat called Spite.
A Cat and Its Staff Live Here Sign
You may not be getting too many visitors at the moment, but in time, they'll all have a chuckle at this metal plaque. If only they knew how true the words are!
Those are some highlights of our 2020 range. Here is the full Garden Collection.
Conclusion
An extended period of time at home raises all sorts of challenges and is probably never going to be quite as enjoyable as having the freedom to roam and see friends and family. However, with a bit of thought and planning it is possible for a cat lover to entertain themselves, raise their spirits and maybe even improve themselves during a period of home confinement.
If you also happen to be a cat owner then that opens up a whole new world of possibilities....and one that will have to form the subject of a different Blog post, on another day.
Thanks for reading!
