UK Postage and Delivery
How long do parcels take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch your parcel within 1 working day of receiving your order. UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail or by Courier for heavier parcels.
Please provide your email address when placing your order so that we can send a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched, including any tracking details for items sent by courier. Any delivery instructions provided with your order will be passed onto the Courier. Royal Mail will follow any agreement you have with your local Postman.
Orders placed after mid-day on 20th Deember will be dispatched in the usual way, but will not be delivered until after Christmas Day.
Do you offer a next day service?
We are unable to offer a Next Day Service at present.
Do we Post Overseas?
We ship most items worldwide, although some very large products cannot be shipped overseas. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery to Europe and 21 days to the Rest of the World.
Postage is charged by weight and is automatically calculated by the website when you enter your destination. Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail (airmail service) and cannot be tracked. We are unable to offer an international tracking service.
Orders outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied when the delivery reaches its destination and you will be responsible for the payment of any such duties and taxes.
Returns
Returns - faulty items In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods from us please let us know as soon as possible on 01904 631611 or returns@thecatgallery.co.uk. Our customer service team will arrange for the return of the goods and a replacement or refund will be offered.
Returns - unwanted items All our products come with a 28-day money back guarantee, so if you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), we'll give you a full refund with no fuss. All we ask is that the goods are returned to us in a complete, resalable condition, ideally with any original packaging. We will refund the purchase price promptly or, if you prefer, exchange the product.
To do this, it would be really helpful if you could call our Customer Services team on 01904 631611 first, or email us at returns@thecatgallery.co.uk as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.
P&P charges are non-refundable, except when returning faulty or damaged goods. Please note our returns policy does not apply to earrings.
