Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day (Bank Holidays excluded).
How long do parcels take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch your parcel within 1 working day of receiving your order. UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail or by Courier for heavier parcels and take 2-3 working days for delivery.
Please provide your email address when placing your order so that we can send a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched, including any tracking details for items sent by courier.
Do you offer a next day service?
Our Next Day delivery service costs £8.95 for UK Mainland addresses, for Monday to Friday Delivery. Goods are delivered Next Day working day if ordered before 1 pm Monday-Thursday. Please ensure there is someone in to sign for the goods.
Orders received after the 1pm cut-off will still be charged but may not be dispatched until the following working day after receipt of your order.
Please note, orders placed between 1pm Thursday and 1pm Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
Do we Post Overseas?
We ship most items worldwide, although some very large products cannot be shipped overseas. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery to Europe and 21 days to the Rest of the World.
Postage is charged by weight and is automatically calculated by the website when you enter your destination. Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail (airmail service) if they weigh less than 2kg, and by another carrier if they are heavier.
Returns - faulty items In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods from us please let us know as soon as possible on 01904 631611 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will arrange for the return of the goods and a replacement or refund will be offered.
Returns - unwanted items All our products come with a 28-day money back guarantee, so if you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), we'll give you a full refund with no fuss. All we ask is that the goods are returned to us in a complete, resalable condition, ideally with any original packaging. We will refund the purchase price promptly or, if you prefer, exchange the product.

P&P charges are non-refundable, except when returning faulty or damaged goods. Please note our returns policy does not apply to earrings.
