Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship most items worldwide, although some very large products cannot be shipped overseas. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery to Europe and 21 days to the Rest of the World.
Postage is charged by volume and weight and is automatically calculated by our website. Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail (airmail service) if they weigh less than 2kg, and delivered by other carrier if they are heavier.
Sorry, products containing catnip cannot be shipped to Australia or New Zealand.

How Can I Return A Product?
Returns - Faulty items
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods from us please let us know as soon as possible on 01904 631611 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer services team will arrange for the return of the goods and a replacement or refund will be offered.
Returns - Unwanted Items
All of our products come with a 28 day money back guarantee, so if you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), we'll give you a full refund with no fuss. All we ask is that the goods are returned to us in a complete, resalable condition, ideally with the original packaging. We will refund the purchase price promptly or, if you prefer, exchange the product.
To do this, it would be really helpful if you could call our Customer Services team on 01904 631611 first, or email us at email@example.com as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.
P&P charges are non-refundable, except when returning faulty or damaged goods. Please note our returns policy does not apply to earrings.
